Over the past 20 years Anet has worked in dispute resolution delivery, design and teaching and as a barrister, mediator, adjudicator, conciliator, conflict coach, and consultant. Anet has conducted more than 3,000 mediations covering the following areas: 

• Family;
• Wills and Estates;
• Employment;
• ACC;
• Health & disability;
• Construction;
• Weathertight homes;
• Civil disputes; and
• Commercial disputes.

Anet has taught mediation, negotiation, and advanced family law and also coaches trainee mediators, assesses mediators for accreditation and offers conflict coaching for individuals in workplace matters. Anet has also given presentations on mediation and effective communication at several international mediation and arbitration conferences in New Zealand, Australia and the USA.
